- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service well never go there again most of them do not know how to use a computer at one point i was looking at my own information because they did not know what they were doing I recommend doing it online by yourself you'll definitely get better results they will charge you 300 dollars at the h&r block office in bethalto the online h&r block would at most charge you 98 dollars for the same service do not waste your time trust me I lost over 4 hours of my life and received less than last year will never return or give any references to anyone the only reason they have a star is because you can't post comments without themBy A Google User, October 10, 2016
